イスラム教ハラルの対応について

当院には、ハラル認証された医薬品や診療材料はありません。治療に必要な医薬品や診療材料については、
含有成分の確認を待たずに使用する場合があります。

食事については、豚肉が使用された食品や料理を提供しないよう対応いたします。ただし、使用する調理器具
（鍋類、フライパン類、包丁類、箸、スプーン等）は、専用の対応をしていません。　
アルコールについては、可能な範囲で対応いたします。
育児用ミルクについては、ハラル認証されていません。

また、診察・検査・手術等を行う際の医療スタッフの性別の要望、お祈りの場所、アルコール消毒の禁止に
関しては、可能な範囲で対応いたしますが、要望に応じることが出来ない場合があります。

About accommodations made for Halal

Our hospital does not carry halal-certified medicines or medical supplies.
When required for treatment, medicine and medical equipment may be used without prior
confirmation of whether certified ingredients are used.

For meals, we will make arrangements to ensure that no pork or pork-derived products are provided.
However, the cooking utensils used in their preparation (pots, frying pans, knives, chopsticks, spoons
etc.) are not designated exclusively for halal use.
Accommodations will be made around alcohol to the extent possible.
The infant formula provided at our hospital is not Halal certified.

In addition, gender preference requests for the staff member for medical exams/inspections
/surgeries, prayer room requests, and requests for the restriction of alcohol-based disinfectants are
accommodated to the best of our ability. However, please understand that in some cases these may
not be met.
