         Description:  | 
      
         Made during the Muromachi period (1336~1573) by the smith Doken, this spear was in the possession of Ashikaga Masauji, a military leader of the Koga Kubo government. The blade measures 29.6 cm long and 23.3 cm across. It was preserved through the generations at Kangoin Temple in Kuki.  |
